Truly engaging with the digital consumer: Our first event captured in a multi-media app

For the first time, the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue is proud to present a conference report in the form of a multi-media digital publication app.

The Next Generation Insurance Customer (see event website) digital report features video clips, photos, interviews, slides and summaries from the event.

Discover the significant challenges life and health insurers have in making their products and communications attractive to the digital consumer. Learn about the innovative approaches being taken by insurers not only to create digital processes but refine life and health products so that they become immediately relevant to customers.

Going digital is a challenge across many industries, not least the financial services. The Centre will continue to explore innovative ways of making our events the focus of many digital contact points with conference attendees and those interacting remotely.
